The Beginning
The name comes from Bill and Lee, whose passion for food and commitment to quality shaped the business from the beginning. Today, that same hands-on spirit continues in everything we create.
From the beginning, the goal has been simple: bring handmade, high quality chocolate to everyone. We believe great chocolate shouldn't feel distant or exclusive.
